Download Sudoku for Printing

You can download several PDF files with each 100 Sudoku and print them.

All of these Sudokus have one unique solution.

Minimal, Difficult Sudokus

These Sudokus have only 17 clues. It is commonly believed that 17 clues is the minimum for a Sudokus that still has a uniq solution.

100 difficult Sudoku NR. 1 (PDF).

100 difficult Sudoku NR. 2 (PDF). These are extremely difficult. I have more then 30,000 Sudoku and took the 100 most difficult, so give it a try ;-)

100 difficult Sudoku NR. 3 (PDF). They are number 101 to 200 from a list of demanding Sudokus, continuing NR. 2. Solutions are included.

New: By demand from some visitors you can now download one thousand minimal Sudokus (pdf).

These difficult Sudokus are based on a collection by Gordon Royle, University of Western Australia. It is licensed under Creative Commons Attributions License.

You should note that my program's notion of "difficult" differs very much from the way humans experience diffculty when solving Sudokus, so should not take the "most difficult" statement too seriously. There is work in progress to improve this situation.

Irreducible, Hard Sudokus

These Sudokus are irreducible, that means that if you delete a single clue, they become ambigous.

Moderate Sudokus

These Sudokus are a bit easier to solve then the ones above. Most of them have 27 to 31 Sudokus given.

Easy Sudokus

Now I created some easy Sudokus. Really ;-).

You can download a Sudoku calendar for the Year 2007, one Sudoku per day.

I recommend to print the 4 on 1-PDF, cut each page twice and staple it.

Blank Sudoku Grids

You want to print an empty Sudoku grid to fill in your own numbers? No problem

You can do whatever you like with these empty Sudoku grids. However if you publish your results I ask you to link to this page.

Plain Text Sudoku

The Sudokus advertised so far are neatly set PDF files for printing. But if you are looking for a plain text file with one Sudoku per line, here you are right.

The following Sudokus are in the Public Domain, that means that you can do with it anything you like.
